Quintessence Delivery and Returns Policy

Your order will be processed and sent within 3 business days of it being received. You should receive your purchases within 4 - 7 days of your order being placed.

Delivery Method

We deliver gifts Australia-wide via Australia Post. Deliveries will be made on weekdays only. All parcels must be delivered to a residential or business address.  Quintessence and Australia Post will take the utmost care to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. Should there be any issue with your delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Delivery and Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must immediately contact us by email or by telephone on 02 9416 9046. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, if the products have not already been dispatched.  If you change or cancel your order after 48 hours in which you have placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs that we incurred in relation to your order, including, but not limited to, transportation and administration costs, and such costs will not exceed more than 50% of the total price of the ordered items.

Stock Availability
If an item is "out of stock" when we process your order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.

Returns Policy
You may return items to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, provided that the product purchased is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging.  Prior to sending an item back to us, you are asked to contact us to receive a "returns reference number"  which must be quoted on the returned item. Items that are damaged will be provided with full refund if a replacement item is not available to ship.

Once we have received the returned items with the "returns reference number", we will process your exchange or refund.  Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.

Title and Risk

You agree that until payment of all moneys owing to us, the items remain the property of Quintessence Sydney.  The risk of any loss or damage to the purchased items passes to you from the time we dispatch the purchased items to your specified address or other agreed address.
