If I purchase online, how long until my order is delivered?
Please allow up to 7-10 days minimum for your order to arrive.

If I purchase online, can I pick up at one of the stores?
If you choose the store pickup option, your purchases will be available at our  Lindfield Store. We will email you to advise when your purchases are ready for collection.

What if I change my mind on a purchase?
You may return items to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, provided that the product purchased is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. Please read our Returns Policy

Do I need to register each time I make a purchase?
NO, you just need to register the first time and all your details will be securely stored with access by you via password.

If you are getting our newsletter, then you are registered to purchase. If you have not received your password or have forgotten your password when you are ready to buy, simply enter your email addres into the "forgot my password" box and you'll be sent your password via email.

Do you store my credit card details?
NO, for security purposes we do not hold any credit card details.

My address has changed since my last order – what should I do?
Simply login with your email and password and make the necessary changes.

Can I have my purchase giftwrapped and add a giftcard?
Yes, with each item purchased you can request "gift wrapping" and put the details of what you wish to be included on your gift card.
